Our Mission

Brooks FI Solutions was formed to fill an important need in the Financial Services industry – the ability to provide low-cost, implementable Retail Banking and Payments solutions for industry players of all sizes. There are literally hundreds, if not thousands, of Financial Services organizations who can benefit from expert, unbiased, experienced advice – but most cannot afford the several hundred thousand dollars required by traditional consulting firms.

At Brooks, we tailor our engagements to meet clients’ needs. Engagements can range from a quick 10-day evaluation of a new product opportunity, RFP preparation, or vendor evaluation to a full-scale Strategic Plan or RFP Process for a Bank, Credit Union, Retailer, Employer, or Processor, or the major Business Line of these organizations.

Brooks combines the “real-world” experience of our Team Members – all of whom have hands-on experience as mangers in Banks, Credit Unions, and / or processors with the significant consulting experience of all Brooks Team Leaders. Because of this combined experience, Brooks FI Solutions delivers specific, practical solutions to our clients’ problems and issues that can be implemented within our clients’ environment.
